If you can kill Kountze on the boards you will beat them. Edwards #4 is probably their best rebounder but he's undersized. He's injured and not playing in this tournament. He probably won't play Saturday against East Chambers either. McMahon #3 is also still out. I'm also seeing a lack of defense as you can see that Broaddus scored 59 in the 1st game against them...

Kountze is going to have to learn to play together . They play really good pressure defense but don't rebound very well and really struggle with anything that resembles a half court set on offense.

It sounds like between injuries and other issues, Kountze has been having a problem putting the same 5 starters in the lineup.  I can imagine that this has kind of hampered things over there.

San Augustine played Hughes Springs not Chireno as stated earlier!  SA beat HS 69-36 and will play Slocum at 5:30

with all the trees walking around Carthage it makes no sense for them to not be at least halfway decent in bball, I had discussions about that up in Tyler.
