with that kind of size at the 4A level and well coached by all accounts, I wouldnot be at all surprised either.

What's concerning is both Liberty Hill & Abilene Wylie are buried deep in the TABC 4A polls.  One was at # 15, the other at # 18.  That goes to show that you really can't  go by what the polls say, not all the time.   Both of those teams will move up in the next poll.

Silsbee is having problems against teams with quality height. But, much better to face them early in the season than to run up against them for the first time in the playoffs.

Hearing the Tigers may have been their own worst enemies in this one.  We have to stop worrying about the calls,  listen to the coaches and adjust and play together and we will be fine!

They were their on enemies, no fouls was called and they were getting frustrated. Threes weren't falling and tons of layups were missed but no excuses, we had our chances and the better team won.  Tough getting down 25-11 early with foul trouble. Learn from this, regroup and don't lose another one !!!

exactly!! Hard not to get frustrated,  just try to let if go and play better!  Have to adjust to the officials good or bad.

I saw this being an issue vs Ridge Point. We get to carried away with playing the refs and not just playing the game. My reason for going 8 strong is you need some of those kids to have time to get hot. Adams, and D McCain, long with Maze and Harris are your best outside shooters

Yall don't forget about another team out there Paris " Them and Liberty Hill have both had out standing records the last 3 years but they always seem to stay in the 15 - 20 range in the rankings and they never make it past first are second round of the playoffs. .

A reoccurring theme I've noticed I a lot of games this year regardless of a win or loss is they get into foul trouble a lot. I know Silsbee plays aggressive but is it that much more revved up then years past?
