Someone give analysis from the game please...

A game of runs. Central fault back after being down double digits in the second half. Took a lead but Ozan fault back and came up just short. Can't point to any one thing that turned the game. Refs were pretty consistent, coaches did a good job, and  the bands were great :)

Exciting finish to an otherwise yawner of a game.  John Comeaux was CLEARLY THE best player on the floor tonight for both teams and he was hurt....Boyd played horrendous but kept putting it up and came up big toward the end.  It was less than impressive performance by both teams, but the rivalry factor made it into a barn burner in the end.

Definitely had the best game.  Looked like his knee (the one that already has a brace) that he tweaked.  Really hope he's okay and certainly played gutty.  Struggled handling the ball when forced to go left but has a lightning quick first step and elevates so well to finish.

One other takeaway was all the other underclassmen looked very much like underclassmen for both teams with the exception of Arceneaux for Central.  Had so really nice plays at both ends and was one of the few bright spots tonight.

Comeaux knee is fne he was cramping ,body locked up...kid is a warrior gave it everything he had ...

Really...  He took a nasty spill last week vs. Nederland on that bad shoulder...  Got dinged up last night, but he just keeps on coming back and attacking. One of the reasons I've been high on him for over 2 years....

But let's not take away the fact that Pearson balled out for Central.  They were down by double digit and Nigal took over.  He lead central in scoring I believe...

Nijal made PLAYS, yes he did! When he wasn't scoring, that kid was dropping great dimes, he rebounded the ball well, he defended great, and made big free throws....looked like he was in control of his team and put them on his shoulders to force that comeback. I totally agree.

    • 23-26 classes had major defections and some of those kids will play D-1, thus weaken the program. The freshman team is undefeated and the QB and his friends said they were going to rebuild WB.  The QB was recruited by over 12 schools from houston thru east texas but stayed with his class.  He also went spoke to the 8th graders at his feeder school and got them to come to WB.  I think PAM wins the game b/c the WB isn't quite ready yet to compete with them.  4th 0r 5th is where WB will end up, IMO
    • This guy plays a clip from the head pollster for Rasmmusen Polling.  He say, at the time of the clip, Trump is down only 11%.  Then he says that Trump has 40% of black support in New York!
    • This year went badly off track for BH on the opening drive of the 1st game. RB1 gone for the season, then later in that same game WR1 went down. (HATERS REJOICE!!!). Then it got worse from there. More injuries on offense, all the skill guys. Took all the speed off the field. So what can BH do at this point? BH can go out with whoever is left standing and play as hard as they can for the remainder of the season. That might get them 4th place.  It is insane how injury prone BH has been the past two years. Lost most of our defense last year, and now our offense this year. I am the eternal optimist though. Maybe next year we have minimal injuries, and we do have a favorable schedule set up. Thats next year though. BH needs to dig in, man up and play as hard as they can with what they got as long as they can. If the team does that, thats all anyone can ask.
    • Kountze is in for a long night this Friday… even fully healthy they still get blown out by Newton… but against New Waverly they definitely can beat them
