Best restaurant in Beaumont?

I usually eat at the Outback Steakhouse 1-2 times every 2 weeks.

Pappadeux is amazing.

Depending on what kind, I've always got great steaks at The Cattle Company, although many others don't agree.  For seafood, I pick Floyds.  Was a big Pdeaux fan but either their food is not quiet as good or my taster has changed.

Everyone has their own tastes but I will list where I go.....

Steaks.....Texas Roadhouse

Seafood.....Floyd's

Mexican....Cafe del Rio (great margaritas too)

Southern style....Bobby's on Nederland Avenue (great beef tips)

We enjoy Cheddars. Good food, good variety and good prices.

Two of my restaurants are not in Beaumont. Sorry. Is the Longhorn the new one in front of Toys "R" Us? Haven't tried it yet.

Yes, not quite as good as Saltgrass, IMO.

Ate at wood fire grill after work today. Grilled chicken was amazing!  I'll be back there again.

Feel so dumb right now. I have eaten there and forgot what it was named. Grilled chicken sounds good. Ate the gumbo first time there.

Longhorn was good.  Steak cooked perfect and was tender.  Had shrimp appetizer that was fantastic.  Good atmosphere.  Will go back.  

Wood Fire Grill, just the name and the thought of a Ribeye makes my mouth water.  Will have to go.

Taste might be the most subjective thing to discuss. One person can absolutely love something and another might think it is the worst tasting food on the planet. 

That being said......... 

If you aren't eating at Chaba Thai on Lucas in Beaumont...............

i like 10 de Mayo for mexican food, mostly because i like their red and green sauce the best, and their queso flameado is made the way i like it.

At the Longhorn right now. Just had the Outlaw Ribeye and it was the best I have had. Perfect margarita is great too. I will come back here soon.
