I too, would like to see a resolution to this matter.  However, this is not the place for that resolution to take place.  As with all message boards that I have, we have here a staff only forum that all involved in this dispute have access to in order to handle issues such as these.  Jordan Wilson placed that forum there for exactly that reason and he would be quite displeased at the attempt to resolve this matter in the public forums of this site.

I think a resolution to this matter can be made, but it isn't going to happen here.  For that reason, I think it may be time to close this thread.  Given the posts that have been previously made, I think it will be obvious to us all if a resolution to the matter has been made.
