I really think Paul Tramell from EC is one of the best in south east texas.  He is a junior and had over 100 tackles this year even after missing a couple of games and playing injured.

If I am not mistaken I believe both were 1st team all district this past year.

Don't want to sound like a homer, however he has got to be in the top 1 or 2.  He is just all over the field and his takle ratio is VERY high compared to others.  Not to mention the fumbles recovered, interceptions, and defensive TD's.....
