Great news!!!!!! The Sun Devils and 2d Sports will be hosting a SETX softball showcase at Lamar University.  We are expecting anywhere from 5-10 colleges to attend. This is the first of its kind in the area for a select organization and the Sun Devils are proud to be the one paving the way. With the idea of advancing softball in SETX and helping every and all players advance in softball this is a great opportunity to be exposed and evaluated by college coaches. 

 

This showcase is not only for Sun Devil players. It is open to the public for all softball players from any High School or select organization.

Format: Scouting Combine
 

Grad yr: '16,'17,'18,'19,'20
 

Date: Feb 7

Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Location: Lamar Softball Complex

Fees: $125

I REPEAT: Very good idea. Any exposure is good exposer. However this is nothing new. It just hasn't been done in a few years. Mike Dodson and Robert Verde did this way back with Beaumont Blast (15 years ago)...Verde and Trout did it with Blast Gold after they left Beaumont Blast....about 10 yrs ago....Trout did it again about 5 years ago with GT Shockers.
