The rule "goes for coaches, players, administrators, everyone," Big 12 spokesman Rob Carolla said Thursday.Knight had no comment on the reprimand, Tech spokesman Randy Farley said.Carolla said the conference rarely issues public reprimands during the season. The reprimand was issued Wednesday.
