Truthfully not a good deal for my Tigers unless A district opponent steps up the next couple years and gives us that same level of competition!

If I didn't know any better, it almost appears that Hardin-Jefferson is running from Silsbee.  That can't be, though, because they don't have anyone in a position of authority and the UIL would never do something like that.  Oh well, I guess that rivalry is done.  I don't see them agreeing to a game on their own.

The geography component would suggest that either HJ moves as it did or Silsbee would move to the Jasper district.

It's a different day and age for HJ.  If you look at their respective schedules, it's obvious neither Davis nor Sigler runs from a challenge.  In fact, the exact opposite is true.  If they can make it work, I don't know why they couldn't play.

Well at least if silsbee wins district out right every year they will not see yates until the regional tournament plus yates and Wheatley will have to play each other as well regional tournament could be interesting uil reallytrying to make it difficult for the Tigers to try to win state maybe maybe not.

There seems to be some mental block on last year.  Silsbee had a chance to win a district title at home and could not do it.  Lost to HJ and were Co-Champs.  This is your friendly fact checking portion of the thread.
