Congrats to Central, they played a very aggressive game and totally wanted it more than Nederland! Nederland didn't lose because of refs, they simply got outplayed and out hustled.  Hopefully Nederland can put this game behind them and get ready for Friday.     Best of Luck to Both teams on the rest of their season!

Wow. We just witnessed a good old fashioned butt whippin !! I haven't seen this from Ned.....EVER....They had NO intensity, NO emotion, and NO fight.

Central didn't look so good in the first half, allowing the game to be somewhat close, but turned it around in the 2nd half. They have the potential to go deep in the playoffs, lots of talent

Nederland drew a tough schedule having to play Ozen and Central back to back twice.  No excuse, still gotta get up and play the game with intensity.  But it is tougher than having them spread out by a few games.

Well, that's the nature of the district... Next year, Nederland could get PA Memorial, Central, and Ozen in a row..

No doubt.   Just saying it's easy to have a "hangover" after another near miss against Ozen.  But again, that's the nature of the beast and you have to play them as you get them.
