"The Shot" on Senior Night at Kelly High School

This is one of my favorite things about high school basketball. With time running down on Senior Night last night vs. Houston Awty, senior guard Kevin Phan hits a three pointer at the buzzer. He comes to practice everyday and never gets playing time. This is the reward from the basketball Gods!

I have a set of twin nephews, one was all district in football / basketball, regional track qualifier, plays college football now. The other was like Kevin. (good kid hard worker, non complainer) He hit a shot like that on Senior night. To me that was the best night of sports ever in our family history.

Dang.  He took it down.  Only video I've ever seen with such a diverse group of musical stylings - from "Old MacDonald" to "Kickstart My Heart."   It was poetry with a drone.
