I've kicked this around for several days now and the only thing I can truly come up with is that in order for Peyton to maneuver himself into the position described, she had to see it coming and let it happen. Peyton did something he admits was wrong, but she did not resist. Didn't this take place when they were beginning to let female reporters into the locker rooms? I mean, if they are barred from entering, then it is sexist, but if they are allowed in, then there should be no nudity? What a win/win situation.

This was actually a trainer that was working on an ankle or foot, while Peyton was sitted above her on a table.  He could have easily done this before she knew what was happening.  Don't see Peyton getting through this unscathed.

I understand the scenario. Let's also understand that they are the only two people in there and Peyton is already nude. He said/she said.

One more thing......if a woman is going to bring charges against a famous person, her name and face should be shown to the public. Why is she allowed to be in the shadows and referred to as "his former trainer"?
