Tough start for Lumberton and Vidor..  4 district losses probably won't make the playoffs this year.

That's OK.  We'll catch PNG early before the young QB has a chance to get going.  :)  After that we have Livingston, Lee & Vidor.  Not a bad setup for the first half of district.

Not confirmed from Coach Foreman yet but if this is Central's 2016, I don't like going back to PA-M, Nederland and PN-G this year when we played all those games on the road as well in 2015.  It's way early but because of that, it is quite possible that will be the only 3 losses the Jaguars have this year.  And I don't like PA-M having their bye week the week before the Central game.

Week 1 Houston St. Pius

Week 2 @ Katy Thompkins

Week 3 Vidor

Week 4 @ Port Arthur Memorial

Week 5 Bye

Week 6 Beaumont Ozen

Week 7@ Nederland

Week 8 Lumberton

Week 9 @ Port Neches-Groves

Week 10 Livingston

Week 11 @ Baytown Lee

it happens after a realignment.  Ned is playing in PNG for the second straight year. Doesn't matter.

They did that to help you line up your excuses early this year.  Last two years, Nederland ran the Ozen, Central, PNG gauntlent undefeated.. no excuses.  Strap it up and play em.

Ha ha, no excuses.  Just stating facts about the schedule.  We've been playing PA-M since the school was created so no fear there. Can't say the same for the rest of the district with the exception of Ozen.

We should spank PNG again this year.  Their "golden" boys are gone - not that they did much against us the last 2 years.  IN FACT a running Qb might give us more trouble than a pocket Doty/Morse type.  I just don't see Fairycloth backing off the passing record agenda he has.

That is EXACTLY why Neauman kicks Fairycloth everyyear he plays to win not set records.  If BF doesn't watch out his W/L record will keep him from getting a upgraded HC job (the past 2 years as example, he interviewed but no offer)

For our sake I hope he stays!!!!

We don't have to drive to Livingston!

    • SMH Silsbee will not tank against WO-S. Just won't happen. Mustangs were just that much better than Silsbee. Besides, #3 seed basically has to play the same teams as #2 seed other than first round. From what I saw with Sweeny and Brookshire, BR was the better team than Sweeny.
    • For sure.  They can take it to anyone if they want it, and if they play with the intensity that they had last Thursday.  Last Thursday game reminded me of the last 2 season's teams.
    • The numbers on those charts reflect all age groups and not just HS age Students. Another thing to remember,  some parents of school age kids might work in neighboring districts and choose to have their child in the district they are employed.  Not always the case but it is something to remember
    • We have a new apartments complex being built in Mont Belvieu. You’re going to need to update that chart.😂
