Tonight, the Silsbee Tigers' trek through the Class 4A playoffs take them to Huntsville tonight as they take on the Lufkin Hudson Hornets in this Region III semifinal!  The Tigers, 28-5 on the season and champions of 24-4A, have traveled a playoff road that has included a 120-68 bi-district win over Liberty, a 104-59 area round win over Houston Furr, and most recently, a 97-69 win over Houston Sterling in the regional quarterfinals.  The Hornets, 29-8 on the season and champions of 20-4A, had a road that included a 87-61 bi-district win over Rusk, an 82-51 win over Waco Connally and a 64-57 win over Tatum in the regional quarterfinals.

The winner of this game will face the winner of the Center/Navasota game (which will be played immediately after this game) in the Region III Final tomorrow at 1:00 pm.
