Anybody can be beat on any given night wos has a very solid program with the right people in place silsbee is more a basketball school than a football school but silsbee is making strides to build a solid footall program that can contend for a state title I watched wos struggle with Richmond foster and honestly I have never seen wos lose like that ever I respect wos and their program but I also give props to silsbee for trying to take another step by improving what they need to Improve on wos being state champions will get everyone's best game next year.

Nice try, but WOS gets everyone's best each and every week. Everybody wants the bragging rights saying they beat WOS. You can't compare Silsbee Basketball to WoS football program. Reason why, is that Silsbee never won a SC in Basketball..... Kmsl

ST413 Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 There is always a chance but to say we would is spewing! Never know what could happen could be raining and WOS fumble 10 times, they could have everyone fail just before the game and I don't want to mention any other possibilities. Besides if we had the same team as this year, I think we proved we had a chance. BADSANTA 1
Kj Dad Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 Lol wishful thinking hoping everyone fail. I can speak on a few of the kids that wont fail and that's being My Kid. If Silsbee did Return every member for last year team and with what WOS returning. Silsbee still don't stand a chance. 413 just give up like the kids and coaches did last year, you won't win.

Morris_era Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 I'm pretty sure most if not every team in this area will struggle against Richmond Foster Kj Dad 1

Mr.Green Jeans Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 Silsbee has had the decision to go all out for creating a dominate football program, and only time will tell.
ST413 Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 I am not wishful of anything all I said originally is to say is it would be spewing at the mouth to say WE WOULD beat WOS at this point. As far as the what ifs, it's all guess work,. But you are talking about high school kids, and you know as well as I do anything can happen between now and then. Heck I would have bet money, and I never do that, that Lincoln would not have got a 17 pt lead on us but they did.

MBaller#1 Posted March 24, 2016 Report Posted March 24, 2016 You know things change and wos will have to reload as well even your own coach said wos may struggle after this upcoming season wos is not unbeatable and yea it's been awhile since silsbee has beat wos but give it a little time these two teams test each other and the teams respect each other better than the fans do our old coaching staffay not have had the answer to beating wos but change is coming like I said I respect wos nothing against the Mustangs but they can be beat.

We usually get along on here, but I have to ask why are you belittling the Silsbee players and coaches by saying "they gave up"? We know who the best team was this past season, but the great thing about HS football, is there is always another season. We all know the Mustangs will be very formidable again this upcoming season, but to say Silsbee does not have a shot is rediculous. The Tigers will have a new coaching staff in place and hopefully the players will step up and make another deep run into the playoffs.
Kj Dad Posted March 25, 2016 Report Posted March 25, 2016 Me you and everybody else knows Silsbee don't stand a chance. I was at the game and Silsbee players and coaches FOLDED LIKE LAWN CHAIRS. So tell me how I'm belittling Silsbee Players and Coaches. Just stating facts due I need to send you a copy of the game. Not all players folded but some did. Does that make you feel better.
