And who would they be?  I have played with the Simon's, Moore's and Rogers of the world.  I can't recall anyone else being very good.

Alan Courtney probably best male golfer to come out of Silsbee. Rob Bledsoe, Mike Grisham, Chris Jones, Peter Jones and a few others were good in their hay day.

I have played with Peter many times.....good golfer.  I have also played with Alan Courtney in Lake Charles two years ago.  PGA Club Pro from the Dallas area I believe.  He is a good golfer also.  Not sure he was better than Danny Moore.  Danny was one of the best ball strikers I have ever seen.

Terry Rogers played at Lamar from Silsbee. Significatntly better than a few of those.

I have played with all the Voightmans.  Good golfers, but GREAT guys.  I beat Paul to win my first ever money game at the Pea Patch in a playoff back about 25 years ago.
