Sign ups for the 2016 Sr Babe Ruth season will be Sunday's April 10th and April 17th between 4-7 pm at the Nederland High School baseball field. 

New players need to bring birth certificate, returning players just need to sign up to secure your roster position.

If you have a high school game in Nederland you may get the form at the concession stand. Cost is $125.00, 2 or more players in family $180.00.

If you would like to get quality at bats, throw quality innings against quality batters, locally Mon-Thursday after your high school season ends, and between ages 16-18, some 15's may be eligible, come by Nederland baseball field today between 4-7pm and get signed up.

But, we have a cure at Sr Babe Ruth. Join us Sunday between 4-7 and secure your last AB or pitch. For the ones moving on to next level, stay sharp and come get you some AB's or pitch a few innings before you leave off.

OK, about ready to roll for 2016 season. Tryouts for new players in the league are set for Sunday May 15th 5pm and Tuesday May 17th 6pm at Nederland High School baseball field. New players must make one of those days. Players in the high school playoffs are exempt from trying out, would like you to come out and meet the coaches, will not be allowed on the field,

Season will start Monday May 23.

If haven't registered as a new player or returning player, we will email you the form. Please private message us here for the form or download from a previous post we linked to.

Good luck to all players that are in the playoffs.

Tryouts for all new players will be this Sunday the 15th at 5 pm and Tuesday 17th 6pm. Only one tryout date is required. We still have many players in the playoffs, you are exempt if your team advances. 

If you have not sent your registration form to us, please print out form and bring to tryouts with copy of birth certificate. 

Our games are set to begin May 23.

Great turnout tonight for tryouts. Those who didn't make tonight's tryout you must make Tuesday's at 6pm. We will draft Wednesday all new players will be contacted by the team that drafted you.

Final tryouts for new players will be tomorrow at 6pm in Nederland.  If it rains we have a Plan B.

Port Neches Groves players will be able to participant in drills, all new players that are currently still in playoffs are encouraged to show up but will not be eligible to participant.

If you haven't signed up yet, getting the itch to play some more baseball get to Nederland today at 5pm. It's our last tryout before the draft. We start Monday of next week. Play two games a week between Mon-Thur. That's 18-25 bats against good live pitching. If your a pitcher, that's 50-60 pitches to keep you sharp for your weekend travel ball.
