bigred75 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 First off who cares who was mentioned on the all preseason team, what difference does that make........That statement is ridiculous. HF, I believe will win this one. 5-2. Not saying WOS will not have a chance, but just to see a comment about that crap and the preseason team is nothing short of ...................................
HFeldudearino Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 With one of their aces starting on the mound and a stacked outfield HF should come out on top. HF 7 WOS 3 WOS can't hang.

highlightman Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 u wanna talk about stacked outfields...look at WOS...Earl Thomas (running back)...Jacoby Franks (wide reciever)...Tim McClelland who's just as fast and has a cannon for an arm...not taking anything away from HF of course i think the winner of this game will determine who comes in 2nd for district
Ballboy Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Not saying that HF has a bad outfield but WOS has one of the best
jdawg03 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 just a question here...... since when did being a running bacl and a receiver make you an exceptional outfielder.....they may be I dunno...I just dont really think their football positions warrant them having that title
ESPN Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 You ever heard of speed :duh ::kk in the Outfield??
jdawg03 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 more speed doesnt neccesarily mean a better outfield

Guest Orangeboy Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Are we talking about Football or baseball. Last time I check just because you are good at football doesn't mean you can play baseball. Last time I checked neither of those guys hit the ball real well. Yeah they might be fast and catch a few fly balls, but lets here about them when they start hitting the ball.
KFDM COOP Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Earl Thomas had another HR the other day.
Homer Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Both of those guys can fly and they catch everything they can get to. Earl hit a HR in both games against Orangefield last year, one of them to win 1-0. He hit one last week against Anahuac and almost took the third baseman's head off with another shot. Last I heard Earl was hitting well over .300 and Franks was hitting over .400. The are both contact hitters and are able to beat a lot of balls out. You cannot take anything away from these guys just because they play Mustang Football.
highlightman Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 bottom line is WOS's outfield is one of the best...with speed, catching, and hitting at the plate
adminbaberuth Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 bottom line is WOS's outfield is one of the best...with speed' date=' catching, and hitting at the plate[/quote'] and least used with Sparks on the mound.
HFeldudearino Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 football has nothing to do with baseball. I have seen great football players not even make the baseball team. You want to talk about speed. Joey Johnson is one of the best I,ve seen at running down the ball.
retiredoldcoach Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 I have seen both teams play and have nothing to say negative about either. I do want to say though, that I have walked out of a couple of games this year thinking that HF had possibly one of the best outfielders I had seen in decades. They have one kid that can go get it with the best of them. He is hands down the best I have seen this year.
jdawg03 Posted March 31, 2006 Report Posted March 31, 2006 you must be talkin about Eric Neal....our player of the week last week quite a talent...
Guest Orangeboy Posted March 31, 2006 Report Posted March 31, 2006 Too bad that WOS outfield couldn't score any touchdowns against HF on Thursday.
