HF pitcher (Burgason) 9 innings 113  pitches

that is averaging 12 pitches an inning.  I saw this game.  my bet is 113 is incorrect number.

on the low end hs pitchers throw 15 pitches an inning. (usually more)  and he pitched to three batters in the 10th

According to the book he was at 108 pitches entering the 10th and was pulled at 116
