eagleswoodville#1 Posted April 22, 2016 Author Report Posted April 22, 2016 Boys Athletic Coordinator is what Waldie was. They changed the title to Boys Athletic Director this time around. Not that it means a lot, but apparently it's a big deal to some people. camsdad 1 Quote
Woodville89 Posted April 23, 2016 Report Posted April 23, 2016 I talked to several boys at the softball game and they were positive about their new Coach. Listening to them talk most would not play if the previous coach returned . New coach only has daughters . No son to put above rest of team. eagleswoodville#1 1 Quote

slingit22 Posted April 27, 2016 Report Posted April 27, 2016 Definitely a high energy coach, will get the most out of the players. I think he would have stayed in Yorktown longer if some prospective new board members weren't after him. His teams were very physical running that nasty offense, and he does what is necessary to build an entire program from the JH up. eagleswoodville#1 and jv_coach 2 Quote
jackleg Posted April 27, 2016 Report Posted April 27, 2016 When was the last time Woodville won a district title in football? Quote

eagleswoodville#1 Posted April 28, 2016 Author Report Posted April 28, 2016 Well, CardinalBacker, I'd say you look pretty freakin stupid right now. 1933, 1936, 1955, 1968, AND 2005 if you wanna dig back that deep. But it doesn't seem like you're one to do your homework before spouting off at the mouth. Give me a minute and I'll dig into Bridge City's football history. 3rdandlong and camsdad 2 Quote
eagleswoodville#1 Posted April 28, 2016 Author Report Posted April 28, 2016 Bridge Cit has won district championships in 1966, 1969, 2000, and 2002. Wow....seems like one less than Woodville. Hmmmm. And that's not even to mention the last time the two teams scrimmage each other and Woodville put a pounding on BC. In fact, you can find video of that on YouTube, courtesy of VypeSETX. Man, I really hope that Cardinal in your name stands for the Lamar Cardinals... *Yes, I realize taking it that far back was a little bit extreme. But, either way, I hope I proved a point.* camsdad and Mac 2 Quote
