Ok not going to give him any then. That is bad have someone giving their time and don't even let him know you aren't coming.  More than just lack of dedication......

And I have nothing but respect for someone dedicating their time.  Now maybe not so much respect for the coaching ability and demeanor of some though.

makes you realize somewhat what these coaches take on... Teaching 5 days a week practice afterwards and games 2 or 3 nights a week.
