he'll run about a 10.7 this week. it'll gradually start dropping with the weather heating up

I'm gonna go with mid 10.6s or so. He'll have plenty of competition at regionals. Hope he makes a return trip to the state meet! He ran 10.71 at the state meet last year.

Plain and simple... a 10.34 hand time isn't a 10.34. Just like all the hand timed 4.3 40yd dashes in HS football aren't legit either. Folks that care about track and accurate results are gonna call out results that aren't legit every single time. 

Craig Williams is probably the fastest 100m sprinter in the SETX coverage area. He ran a 10.34 FAT 100m, 4.36 electronic 40yd. If those were hand times he would have probably gone 10-flat in the 100m and about 4.25 in the 40yd. Arnold is a burner for sure, but like you said, it will all be handled at regionals.

It was sad to see CW false start at district.  One of the top 5A 100m men in the state.

The sophomore from Silsbee is burning up the track also. Best time I think is a 10.58! Don't know if it was FAT or hand....
