I was born in the summer of 1976 so my only memories of this are from what I have seen on the news through the years.  It was a moment where an American citizen stood up for "what's right" without worrying how people would react.  

The problem is, now days, someone would sue for not allowing those two idiots to burn the FLAG.  Our department stores and major company's would follow suit and make a rule that flag burners can use whichever public restroom they want.

I wish this post could get the big laugh it deserves, but the insanity in our country makes it to close to the truth.
