bronco1
Dayton's JV is looking OK. A little rusty, but lots of potential mostly sophmores (90%). They beat Caney Creek last night 11-7. The bad part is CC only had 1 hit.So we looked pretty sloppy at the beginning of the game.

Mike_Mustang
That must have been the Lumberton soph. team, because the Lumberton JV was in the Nederland JV tourney. Pretty good Tournament at Nederland for the BC JV as they went 3 and 1. Beat Kelly 4-3, Ned. Sophs 8-7, and LC-M 12-2. Lost to Sulphur 7-5. Hitting was sporadic for the young Cards and too many walks by the pitchers. It is early and they should improve.
Guest K-911
Lumberton's JV won the Ned JV Tournament. Beating PNG 8-6. Lumberton hit the ball well. PNG errors early in the game helped Lumberton score 5 runs in the first 2 innings. PNG mounted a comeback and tied the game 6-6. Lumberton put 2 more on the board late to win it.
