Am wondering why? What economic policies have put them in such bad shape? Is this the fault of George Bush or some other group of Republicans?

Must be because of all the Republican social issues being pushed in Detroit.

Surely it was those fiscal irresponsible Republicans that ran the Detroit schools (in 1892?).

  Sometimes a 4 is much better than another districts 1. Seed wise thats sort of looks like an upset but in reality, no. For example #4 PAM is gonna trash #1 Galena Park.
