A few big offers last year but how many were Freshman?

Georgia and New Mexico are really big time offers, but I consider Oklahoma State to be in a tier above those two programs.  Y'all can laugh at me if you want, though.

You may be right.   But Toe had offers from OU, A&M, Auburn, Iowa St., Marquette, and others.  A couple of those could be considered a tier above Ok St.  But no doubt an impressive offer for the freshman.  And the Cowboys just hired one heck of a coach IMO.

In regards to recruiting,  It's about "the fit."  Not the name of the school.

I have seen an early look at the Tigers schedule next year.  These guys will be battle tested and have plenty of eyes on them.

That's right. The kids who sign with the biggest offer because of the name are the ones who transfer after 1-2 years.
