I'm surprised at you Dove.  You usually read a post before replying.   Maybe you ought to re-read mine.  Either that, are your prejudices are seeping through.  I tried to reply in a sensible, reasonable manner.  I don't have problems with transgenders if they are born that way.

Secondly, I never heard (not that it's never happened) of perverts cross dressing to go in girls bathrooms.   This decree will give Any man the right to go into a girls bathroom, no matter how they're dressed.  They won't have to dress as a woman.  Jeans and cowboy boots.  Three piece suit.  Who's going to ask them if they're TG?   You?  Me?   If we do, we'd probably get sued as LGBTphobes.   If you can answer that problem with a sensible, reasonable response, it'll alleviate my fears.

No, they didn't list it on their birth certificate, don't expect it on any other official form. What they don't get to choose is their sex...what they get to choose is how to act.

This is what I'm getting at. If its not getting changed on official documents, why is it being changed in bathrooms that kids use?

I can give one example FOR SURE I had a 11th grader enroll who was 100% black-  no doubt about it -   and mom said he was anglo  so that's what the Counselor's  did

put down the race they stated which was obviously wrong

don't know how the DMV or jail would view it

In most cases, the school admins are as dumb as the fed gov....that's why Cavness and company standing up for the "normal" people is such appreciated.

Plenty of formally educated people that are void of common sense/logic , especially at the Federal level.  And part of their problem is the true belief that they know so much more about what is good for the average guy as opposed to the average guy knowing what is good for himself.

I'm getting confused. Is Bruce transgender or transsexual? Does he still have man parts and taking hormones to grow breasts? Isn't transgender just feeling like you're the opposite sex? Like Shiloh Pitt.

I can see a man that has transitioned into a woman using the ladies room. I can't see a man that just feels like a woman using the ladies room.
