Game 3 of a Class 5A Region III quarterfinal best of 3 series from Sweeny High School in Sweeny at 4:00 pm.  This series is tied at 1 as Crosby took Game 1 on Wednesday, 3-1, but Santa Fe evened things up last night with a 9-2 win.

The winner of this series will face the winner of the College Station/Bryan Rudder winner.

I think he will be on the mound tonight.  He does have one no-hitter this year. Hopefully they get it done.

My guess would be that Crosby is deeper than Santa Fe with pitching. I'm basing this on the antics they pulled in order to get their #1 back on the mound for game 3 vs png. I'll take Crosby in this one.

I think PNG wanted to play on Monday to get their guy back on the mound as well
