Your body needs certain amounts of fat. The problems arise when individual's bodies don't process it well, especially if you are already obese. Everything not used by the body is converted to fat. At least that's how I learned it. It may have changed with the new regime.

I don't believe these studies anymore. They change with the wind.

I let my body tell me what I need. this morning it lead me to peanut butter cookies..lol

But really, worst thing you can do is cook from a box. I went several months with no fast food, and no processed. No boxed dinners either. I felt like a 20 year old. Busy life got in the way and now I'm back to lethargic and tired all the time.

I know!  You're right.  Things happen.  I was in Wal Mart an hour ago and the weirdest thing happened.   Pushing the cart pass the cookies and two packages of them terrible tasting Keebler Fudge Stixs jumped right in my basket (at least that's what I told my wife when she noticed them checking out) :)
