KFDM COOP Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 How's everyone Stadiums coming along after Rita? Lights, Pressboxes, Scoreboards, etc ? Will they be ready?
swampdude Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 Bridge City will have a new scoreboard up on Tuesday. We will also get 25 second clocks in each endzone. Pressbox plans have been finalized and it is to be completed by the end of August. The pressbox on the visitor's side will not be rebuilt. The home pressbox will be larger than the old one and of course, thanks to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), there will be an elevator. Lights are scheduled to be finished at the end of July. Here's hoping to keep away 2006 hurricanes! :?

It was scattered all over the stands and field - destroyed completely by Rita. First, you have to replace what isn't there. Our field is fine. We'll worry about turf when everything else is in place. Priorities, people...
