Great season for the Bears. Nothing to be ashamed of. This was a Fantastic run that will create some great memories for these young men.

Robinson is no doubt a quality club, thought LCM had a chance but after Mitchell left the mound, not much hope from that point on. Great season for the Bears finishing 4th in district and getting this far shows what kind of heart those kids have.

Maybe my butt still hurts.... But all of this talk about luck and flips is old.  It diminishes what these kids accomplished. Also over the course of the year there were other pitchers who contributed. The kid who relieved  Mitchell pitched 5 scoreless against bc I think. I'm sure the kids appreciate the compliments but the talk about luck and flips make them seem almost backhanded. I'm sorry if I've taken this the wrong way and I'm sure  you will let me know if I did.

Luck and flip of the coin is part of baseball IMO, especially in the playoffs.  The errors at the beginning of the game opened the door for Robinson, not to mention the errors in Game 1.  Like I said GREAT accomplishment for the Bears to finish 4th in district and to make it this far.

 

 The way i saw it LCM just didnt have the dominant pitching that WOS had last year and in my opinion that was a big piece of their success.  Anyways great season for ALL OC Teams!!
