This game will have a local flavor from both teams. Slocums head coach, Jay Bruce, is a graduate of Orangefield High School. Before his job at Slocum, he coached basketball at Kelly High school when he was in college. Jay was the QB of the 99-00 OF football team that made the playoffs and set the school record for points scored in a season. Just thought people might want to know that.

Get it right...apparently nobody has faith in the mustangs. One guy already mentioned all the notable victories they had, but he is only one. But he still said WH by 10...the makes me angry. I am predicting that it will be a close game...it could go either way. Either slocum or WH could come away with the victory...go mustangs!!! :D :D

If they get the slightest lead they will try to pull everyone out as far away from the basket as possible and drive on you one on one after numerous passes. 15-20 point victory is a pretty good predicatoin for this game.I'd say more like Slocum by 20 and WH 15. And I'll put money on that BigMoney.

After all, it is the playoffs...If you have never seen the Slocum boys play, you're in for a treat. The game might be close but Slocum will pull out a victory with at least 5 points if not by 15.
