Would definitely not say it is that reason. There is nothing against him personally, but there are reasons for the statement not needed to be said publicly as they are beliefs and opinions.

I also want to wish Coach Beam good luck at Chester and I hope that Chester is able to continue the success under him. The success that has started with the move down to real football, and really showed last year the improvement that has been made. If the success and hard work keeps going in 3-5 years I think Chester might be able to start making noise deeper in the playoffs and in the state rankings. It takes time and they have done it the right way. They have showed they can win and are playing the best schools they can considering the distance they are from the good schools in Central Texas. The more experience they can get against schools like Calvert, Oakwood, Mt. Calm, and possibly Abbott and Aquilla they better they will be in the future.

I think this is a great hire.  They finally have a 6 man coach with 6 man experience.  Addition by subtraction in many ways, if you catch my drift.
