I know that all cops are not bad,  but some are. A person should not be shot, because they have on a hoody. This guy is lucky that he encountered a nice cop. He is stupid if he thinks each encounter is the same.

Yes, in fact, I read rather well.  Am able to read what is printed and also able to understand underlying messages.

Prime example of how both, the citizen and the police, should act.   Ought to be shown in schools.

I have no interest in whether or not you "see" any particular trait. Years of experience ( many more than you) leave me reasonably sure about certain things.  If you disagree, no problem.  And, in this case, if i said the sky is blue, you know full well you would  rush to google( unless Thinkprogress.org had one) and find an article "proving" that it wasn't.
