baddog Posted July 9, 2016 Report Posted July 9, 2016 Folks, I know everyone's wages should get cost of living increases but this is ridiculous. My wife has worked 18 years to get where she is at and now they are going to let some jack leg (someone who is not skilled) come in off the street and make almost the same? I can guarantee that my wife will not be the only one screaming. Maybe there will be protests. Didn't this already flop in Seattle? This is the hidden content, please Sign In or Sign Up Quote

NDNation Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 15.00 an hour and if you have good benifits to boot, that's not to bad. We had an engineer working on our ground maintenance crew, I think he was with us for about 6 months until he found a position in his field. College degrees do not guarantee big money. My teen would think he hit the jackpot making 15.00. Mr. Buddy Garrity 1 Quote

Tigers2010 Posted January 31, 2019 Report Posted January 31, 2019 If you are low income, a burger should cost $2, if you are middle class the same burger should cost $6, if you are upper class, it should cost $15. If you are millionaire rich, that same $2 burger should cost you $200. Quote
stevenash Posted January 31, 2019 Report Posted January 31, 2019 the very wealthy have ways to be considered low to moderate income. Quote

The burgers in the ads look great, but the reality leaves a lot to be desired. But on the other hand, the Burger Joints could approve this policy.
