The bad thing about it is the smile looks a bit wicked......like it's saying, "Wait till you see what I can do".

I think that looks more like a smirk. The volcano is saying to global warming nutjobs, "What dumbarses. I spew more CO2 into the atmosphere than anything, but the President and his administration want to blame it on man."
