Noticed that as well. 5 pollsters had Silsbee above Newton but the one poll that left Silsbee completely off kept them from being #3 and Newton #4. All 9 of the other pollsters had Silsbee top 4.

Opened up the playbook? No. Trying people out in different positions? This is a team that brought back 10 starters on defense and 8-10 on offense. They have no reason to do that.

I never stated they should be above Crockett. I simply said they outplayed them. Crockett is still a very good team and deserves this ranking. I wasn't taking any thing away from them. Only vouch in for my team.

The poll is right. Week 2 when Newton beats Silsbee will clear up any confusion.
