Yeah, then they even give a warning to watch out for Barbers Hill in the next few years when talking about 5A region three. Maybe they're taking a wait and see approach on Dayton. They even shafted Styner on this list:

No no no, you have it backwards. The paid writers for these publications like Stepp, Malatesta, Tepper and Padilla call us and ask what we think. Then they go write the stories accordingly. We tell them to use terms like "heavyweights", "powerhouse" and to pick us to win while we interject sentences like "The Cougars had state title aspirations in 2015, but were upset in the area round of the state playoffs after an undefeated regular season." or "Crosby head coach Jeff Riodan and his staff has quickly turned Crosby into one of the premier Class 5A programs in the state." You have to let them school you on here, I'm learning every day.
