I don't think Ozen had a choice, they did ultimately turn in 5A (very low 5A, but 5A none the less) numbers.

Yeah I meant the bottom half. A lot of people had ozen in 5th or 6th place from what I remember.

I just looked again at Max Preps, and they have Episcopal at #131 in the Nation and #23 in state. They put all classes in one list, so that includes all the 6a, 5a, 4a, etc. AND, West Orange-Stark is #12 in the same list!

You are correct...Before the numbers were validated Suggs opted to stay in 5A because quote "because his staff were familiar with 5A opponents" and maybe travel-which was a crock. jmo...Water under the bridge now...
