The coach used poor judgment in a couple of different ways.  First, he played a player whose eligibility was in question, which exposed his team to certain defeat, regardless of what happened on the field.  Second, he refused the order of his bosses not to play the player in question.  That simply couldn't be overlooked and wouldn't be by any administration in this area.

Thats not why they do it. They do it for you to click it. The idea is the more outlandish the headline the more clicks. They don't care who's at fault their primary motive is making money.
