Which is more important? Community or Family.

Family. raising kids and providing a good family environment for your kids and maybe their friends also helps the whole community.

I say family.  Families make up the community.  Good families = good communities.

Family, especially with a father and mother.  To me, Chicago is the proof?  Very few "complete" families in the inner city, and look what it's done to the community.
