Ummm, apparently so does the right.   You guys just gave the presidential nomination to a candidate whose entire campaign was based on rhetoric.

Disagree.  The 'hatred" card is simply one played by the left much more frequently than the right and  hence, total acceptance, from folks like you that the description is accurate.  No different from another "belief" that the people on the right somehow dont care as much or have less compassion than those on the left.  A more accurate description would be that those on the right dont believe that the solution to every social ill is another tax and another regulation.  Hatred and caring DO NOT have a political affiliation even though one party has expertly "sold" that idea to lots of people.

I never though he was talking about building an actual wall, but more along the lines of actually enforcing the current laws.  Obama cut funding for the Border Patrol and Texas is left footing the bill to protect our country to the tune of $800 million. 

 

Do you think it should be Texas and Texas State Troopers job to secure the border for our country and our state should have to pay for it?
