For some reason right now an old memory comes back to me. The year was 1962 and Navy had a sophomore QB they were really high on. Named Roger Staubach. Then they played Army and it was a slaughter. The whole country got its first look at just how good Staubach was.

After it was over a reporter asked the Navy coach what was the turning point of the game. His reply, "When we walked out on the field."

I wonder why that memory happens to come to me at this particular moment.

Bc handed good field position a few times due to some really terrible punts but it wouldn't of mattered anyways!
