I picked Warren, but it was one of my toughest picks.  I saw their JV pummel a pretty good Evadale JV 22-0.  Our varsity won, but Warren has a pretty solid team, which I'll bet will be a lot better next year.  And HD is playing MUCH improved ball this year.  I'm always happy to see a team turn it around, and predict them to be a solid third in District, hands down.   I think this game is close.  If the winning margin is over 7, I'll be surprised.  Nor will I be surprised if HD wins.

Sidebar:  I think Evadale has a real chance to beat Iola this year.  We have the best team we've had in the 6 yrs I've been here, and it looks like Iola is not quite as good as the past few years.  I'd like nothing better for us and HD to beat them, but durn, they can play some football.
