About a week ago Posted September 14, 2016 Report Posted September 14, 2016 Just based on scores I give EC the edge, but you never know. Can anyone from Hardin give some insight about NW?? Quote
Eazy Posted September 14, 2016 Report Posted September 14, 2016 I know that quite a few Hardin turnovers turned a 21-14 game to 46-14 by halftime. Hardin scored twice on special teams. NW rushed for like 400 yards. NW defense has played well the last two weeks, but they haven't played tough competition. EC has been playing 4A schools, so I'll go with them over the NW Bulldogs. About a week ago Posted September 16, 2016 Author Report Posted September 16, 2016 Found out tonight EC starting QB Peyton Bertrand out with a hand injury. EC will have a freshman starting. Heard NW has two very good backs, and will also be starting a freshman at QB. Losing our QB is big! Quote
Guest ECBucFan Posted September 16, 2016 Report Posted September 16, 2016 EC has to eliminate turnovers and control time of possession to win this game. NW had their best successes feeding directly off of Hardins TO's. Limiting NW's quick strike offense by clock and ball control will pay off for EC. Quote
Crawford72 Posted September 16, 2016 Report Posted September 16, 2016 The EC freshman is pretty good. Strong runner. Just needs to keep his focus and not get down on himself Quote
