IMO it's Andy Dalton. Also, Romo is one of the most UNDERRATED quarterbacks of all time.

With 2 playoff wins to show.

Good quarterback,but not elite

You can add trashbag Marcus Mariota on that list

Romo has put up elite numbers for the majority of his career, and his numbers during clutch situations are off the charts, despite being labeled a choker.  He was just unfortunate enough to be stuck on the Dallas Cowboys during the prime of his career when they had no defense and no running game.  There are probably 10 teams in the league that he could've won multiple superbowls with had he been on their roster instead of the Cowboys.  But even if you want to say he's just good, and not great, he's still underrated.  There's never been a qb of his quality who's been criticized so much for things beyond his control.

Dan Marino was one of the best QBs to play the game. He never won a SB. Is he overrated? How about Jim Kelley? Dan Fouts? Overrated is a term loosely used for comparison. It all depends on what the individual perceives as acceptable.

Trent Dilfer won a SB and he was terrible....see what I mean?

If I had to pick one, it would be Cutler. Kap has already proven his worthiness.
