This is what I have. It doesn't include tonight's games except for Bob Hope vs. Kirbyville and Hardin vs. Kountze.

What are the current standings for district 23-3A?

All I know is that Hardin is 13-0 and EC is 10-3.  I think it's a dogfight for the 3rd and 4th playoff spots.  Kountze, Warren, Anahuac and possibly Buna are all in it.

If Kountze beats us tomorrow, they will make the playoffs most likely, as Buna has to play Hardin tomorrow night. If we are able to pull the upset on Kountze, Buna loses to Hardin, and Anahuac beats Kirbyville, things would get interesting because you would have:

Buna 6-8

Kountze 6-8

Anahuac 6-8

Buna has beat Anahuac twice, but went 1-1 with Kountze.

Kountze went 1-1 with both Buna and Anahuac.

Not sure how they would figure that one out.

Usually with a three way tie you play it out. I guess they could take the overall record against those three teams have against one another. I don't know what the District minutes say. I would assume the teams flip and two teams play Friday night and the winner of that game play the team that won the flip on Saturday.

Kountze beat us tonight in a good game, so they will be in the playoffs.
