 that Strong's job is safe through the 2016 season. 

McMurphy's source added that if Texas continues its downward spiral, "the most likely scenario is that the defensive staff would be sacrificed" in order for Strong to come back next year.

They did improve on defense in the last 2 weeks.  They only allowed 49 points today which is way better than the 50(57) a few weeks ago.  Baby steps

My Horns were 1-4 going into RRS last year. Slight improvement this year.

Not as good as people said after Notre Dame.

Not as bad as people are saying right now.

Probably somewhere in the middle.

This is a young team that makes a lot of mistakes on defense. Some of it is coaching, most of it is just a lack of execution. Guys were there to make the play, just did not happen enough.

Ride whichever bandwagon you choose, but I'll stick with the Horns.

The ONLY thing I do know for sure,

Let me explain it,

Our beloved coach is in deep deficant.

He had support of the world to change the defense after last year and he chose not to. He is a great recruiter, the kids love playing for him, parents love "core values", but he does not appear to be a good evaluator of his coaching staff. 

We have one more win, than last year, going into ou sux weekend!
