Agree, and they should do drug testing before benefits are handed out.  You fail, no benefits.

I just acquired the Golden Gate Bridge but willing to let it go, cheap. 

I bought it from a guy on craigslist who is from Nigeria who is the nephew of the president. I sent him $1,000 but he has a cashier's check for $5,000 and I can keep it just as soon as my $1,000 clears his bank.

You know, there is some government housing complexes that evict for drug crimes, so this did seem plausible.
