Don't get me wrong, I liked 10-0 last year but I also must admit that it's fun to have 4 teams all with a shot at the D.C. Going in to week 9. 

I'd like to say the Crosby Cougars come out with it but I'm really not sure. I think all 4 teams (Crosby, Porter, New Caney and Barbers Hill) could all make reasonable arguments that the district championship trophy will end up in their trophy case this year. 

If I don't allow you to pick your team, who would you pick?

is a tough choice for me but I'll say New Caney.

I also say New Caney, but secretly wish the hill luck with it too, they have turned that program around this year

I would have to say Porter. They have exceeded expectations. Of course they are also part of our school district.

I always have been for the idea that having several good teams is better than having one stud team. In 1999 when the Indians went to the SC we had 3 top ten teams in the state in our district. WHen the playoffs roll around your district will be ready by playing those higher quality teams. You will be better for it!!!

Actually if the UIL was letting in 7 teams we would be playing for a playoff spot Friday.

I could see it being a three way tie with three of the 4 all having one loss at the end on the district season. I would have to say Crosby still if I can't pick my own team.
